Working principle:
Through the high-speed rotation of the crushing disc, under the action of centrifugal force, the material is crushed by the impact of a hammer mounted on the crushing disc, and is then rotated to the surrounding ring gear at a very high speed. The air flow changes instantaneously due to the change of the tooth surface. The material is subjected to alternating stress in this gap and is further crushed completely under this repeated action. The pulverized material enters the pulverization and classification chamber, and is classified by the rotating classification wheel by the balance of the aerodynamic force and the centrifugal force. The separated coarse materials are returned to the pulverization chamber from the bottom of the inner cavity of the shroud and repeatedly pulverized. The material (finished product) that reaches the fineness is sucked into the classifying impeller and discharged from the discharge port.
